About UsSpanish Tree was created by Jeremy Wray and Stefan Bala who have spent the last five years living and travelling in Andalucia. During the search for our dream homes we realized that while there are hundreds of English speaking agents, most concentrate on the Costa del Sol and some rural areas a little inland from the Costa and offer very little help if you are interested in cities such as Granada and Cordoba. We have spent our time in Spain developing contacts in each of these cities and it is our aim to make properties in these cities and their surrounds more accessible to potential buyers. We have first hand experience of dealing with solicitors , councils, architects and builders and believe we are ideally placed to help you realize your goal of buying in Andalucia and making this process run as smooth as possible.
